My stay at PGA National Resort & Spa left much to be desired, with a chaotic atmosphere due to a golf tournament, and my room was far from the serene experience advertised. The staff was generally unhelpful when I raised concerns about noise and room quality. That said, the property is beautifully landscaped, and there were a couple of attentive staff members that made some aspects enjoyable, though it doesn't outweigh the distressing elements of my visit.
